The Essentials Package

• Two hours consultation

• Move Planner including Checklists & Document Storage

• Create an RFP for a moving company, identification of requirements, review the solicitation of bids, negotiate the contract, and review invoices for accuracy

• Basic Labels for rooms with instructions for labeling furniture items

• Insure proper labeling before move

• Supervision of packing and unpacking during move

• Provide coded floor plans to the movers

• Oversee mover protection of both homes

• Insure proper handling of all belongings

• Manage PC disconnect/move/reconnects

• Hang room and directional signs for movers

• Insure all boxes and items are placed correctly in new home

• Arrange for donation collection at previous home

The Ultimate Package

• All of the Essentials and the Comfort Packages plus:

• Additional bedrooms set-up (up to four)

• Additional bathrooms set-up (up to four)

• Arrange for hi-tech equipment to be de-installed and re-installed

• Utility room set-up with cleaning supplies

• Gourmet dinner for four delivered first night back in new home

• Fresh Floral arrangement included
